That drives me NUTS!  If my lens isn't attached as a "related" site, I'm in the 4 or 5 position.  Then, some lens (who isn't optimized for the keyword) becomes dominate for some reason, and I end up in the related position and drop like a rock because I'm forced to follow the less optimized lens.
